The Prosecco grape is blended here with aromatic Manzoni and rich Cabernet grapes to produce a refreshing, crisp and dry sparkling rosè, of medium body and good fruit intensity. The fine, delicate mousse expresses strawberry, raspberry, uplifting citrus, and a slight floral hint (from the Manzoni). Made in minute quantities by one of the region’s top wineries.
