Bright, light lemon / green, it has a fragrant, inviting bouquet. Tightly structured, it is still fresh and vigorous, in a medium-bodied style with savoury, ripely herbal flavours, showing excellent delicacy, complexity and length. First of 362's Sauvignons to be cuvée fermented.
