With an aromatic bouquet of sweet nectarine, wild flowers and candied fruit, this Cuvée is the perfect expression of Azienda vineyards in some of their finest years. The wine’s fragrant sweetness moves gently into a rich, soft, full-bodied palate which lingers lightly through to a smooth finish.
The hand-picked grapes are allowed to dry naturally in Rechsteiner’s 17th century cellars for 3 months before being gently pressed in January the following year, concentrating the sugar within each grape.
