This unique wine combines two different techniques for dessert wines, the Barolo chinato and the Marsala methods.
This wine is aromatised with several roots and herbs. The base wine was aged for several years in French oak barrels. Polished tannins, radiant yet amber purple hue and its honey like texture. Touched with a bouquet of winter flowers, Madagascan vanilla bean and wild apple mint endowed with the warmth of white cacao souffle.
